Auction FAQs
Do I need an account to bid?
Yes. All bidders must register on HiBid, which is free, before placing a bid on any Liquidation Center auction.
What is the buyer premium?
A 15% buyer premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot.
How do I pay?
Payment is by e-transfer only and is due within 48 hours of the auction closing. Bidders who fail to pay in time may be blocked from future auctions.
What does "reserve price" mean?
All lots have reserve prices. If the reserve is not met, the lot will not be sold.
What does "AS IS" mean?
Items marked AS IS have not been tested and are sold in as-is condition. Read each lot description and check the photos carefully before you bid.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, and all bids are final and binding.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is available Canada wide. The shipping cost is calculated and added to your invoice at checkout.
